“GODS AND MONSTERS
Beyond the fringes of our knowledge lie divine, sacred, and unknowable forces. When these beings cross over into our reality, we know them as gods and monsters. Do they notice us? Do they care for us? Will they save us from our frailty or lead us to oblivion? Do they live in the heavens, below the sea, or right next to you and me?
For this latest issue of FIYAH, bring us your oshira, your loa, your tricksters and beasts and creeping things. Do you fancy a storyteller like Anansi or an avenger like Godzilla? What prose and poetry sings to you from beyond the numinous veil?”
Pass this submission guide link on to everyone who might be interested, and get your work ready, because I can’t wait to read what FIYAH publishes next!
If you’re a Black artist who lives in the diaspora of the solar system, please check back soon at the link above to see when their art submission window opens!
I can’t wait to experience your work.
