so am I. Although again since I'm in the hospital as this blog entry relieving heavily on that glass side of the word glass moniker that I've chosen because all I have is my words and my health is just fragile as glass. I'm still updating Patreon and you can read my latest free Fourth of July poem there which is www.patreon.com/wordglass. Also, a nice fun thing is learning how to pronounce semiquincentennial. It is July 2026. I am 49 years old and I wonder if I will make it to 50. I'm currently in a hospital. In a town called lone tree. I was admitted because I had very low oxygen saturation, which means I couldn't breathe, and I had bilateral edema, which is very dangerous when you have as many disabilities as I do. Speaking of disabilities, I was recently denied Medicare, and although I am appealing Social Security disability, I am now reliant on Colorado Medicaid, which is the current governor wants to cut back, presumably to save money but at the cost of who I wonder? So this is just a little update from your still Indigenous, still disabled, still artistic, still writing or acquaintance, Mari.
